I will be running Slackware and I’m trying link through Cisco’s main net. I want to generate a signal of no less than 10 megawatts aiming in a 30degree solid angle cone . This will let me sweep the entire sky in about 5 days time. Can someone walk me through when you receive his signal and how to analyze?

I tried a dvd with mandriva power pack 2009 and it shows a error that it can’t be installed on a 32 bit sistem. Is there any way to download the 32 bit mandriva ?

I also tried other cd’s of software I wanted to install, but the message that there is no application that could read the disc kept coming up. A message also came up that said it might not be a Debian disc. I just bought this laptop, and it came with a linux os already installed. I’ve never used linux before and I’m messing everything up. I’m afraid I might delete something. Can anyone direct me to a site I can read about all this? Thanks everyone.

ok i installed xp on my laptop and i didnt want it so i put vista from a torrent on a 500GB external USB hdd,and i thought it wouldnt work good so i clicked cancel and hit the power button and now it wont boot windows! and i tried everything so i booted off of my cd mandriva linux cd in and im on it now typein this and i have no other pcs exept at my buisness and im not driving back untill tomorrow! what do i do?!?!?! on mandriva i cant acsess any of my HDD’s or my usb hdd! do i have to wait till tomorrow and burn a cd with power iso? and also tell me what will happen and what do i do if it wont start anymore? plz help!!!

linux users r u excited, it will be the first kde 4.1 distro and they r one of the few linux distributions I like plus I heard that Cyber link may make a linux bluray player and that may be included in the Power Pack.
I didn’t know so many people liked Mandriva……lol
