If Daedelus were using a computer today what would he use?
Since he was the original engineer, creating the labyrinth for the Minotaur then when Minos locked him up in a tower, fabricating a pair of wings for him and his son Icarus to fly out of it with I’m of the opinion he would use a Unix-like system. So, do you think it would be Linux, FreeBSD or Mac OS X? I know if I asked this in software the bias would be towards Linux with a few Windows Chauvinists who never peer under the hood of their machines anyhow. What do you think?
What is the best OS for hacking?
I am trying to go for my CEH and a prerequisit is a basic understanding of the flavors of Linux. FreeBSD, Linus, Unix, Unbuntu? What is the best, and what version is the best? Any help would be great.
