OpenSUSE on PS3 – Revisited

I’ve decided to make another video because I have recently switched back to KDE 3.5 so it is a lot faster and I now have internet access as well. All that is happening in this video is me trying out Amarok (The KDE media player), playing a game (xD), going on Windows 98 (through QEMU emulation) and using DOSBox (An emulator to play old MS-DOS games). Fedora 11 Desktop automated startup

This is a screen-cast I captured of the automated application startup process, immediately following login. The progress bar is provided by a little utility called osd_cat. Switching between virtual desktops is controlled by wmctrl. The pop-up bubbles are provided by notify-send. The screen-cast was captured with recordmydesktop.
